We had continued strong interest and attendance, with 21 chartered community members and guests in attendance at our scheduled Zoom conference. We heard progress reports from chapter leaders planning new baseball reminiscence offerings, as well as updates on the development of new planning and promotional resources. At their November 21 monthly chapter meeting, the Rogers Hornsby Chapter of SABR (serving central and south Texas) recognized Jim Kenton’s achievements in leading the implementation and promotion of baseball reminiscence programs – both in Texas and nationally. Jim was presented with the chapter’s Rajah Award for lifetime achievement.
